MINH DO

Baking is my form of relaxation. From the day I was gifted a crepe pan, I began whipping up endless pastries, cakes, and plates. My first Mille Crepe Cake dates back to 2017, with a less than flattering crepe density, crepe-to-cream ratio, caramelization, and cross section. Through the course of years, I worked to perfect a recipe that I find versatile and simply stunning. My passion for food has led me to create various flavors, product lines, and collections, and begin my own food blog on Instagram, where I occasionally share recipes with you all. I hope that today, I can share a slice (or two) of happiness and grace your table with a Mille Crepe Cake.
